Can this be used with a dial-up connection?
We want our customers to be happy with our Access TV on PC package. Although you can receive the broadcasts using a 56k dial-up connection, regardless of what you may have read elsewhere, it is not really suitable for large downloads such as the video streams. A high speed cable or DSL connection will optimize the viewing experience.
Due to the slow speed of a 56k dial-up connection, delays will be encountered resulting in pauses and interruptions of the video streams. Also our Access TV on PC package has been expanded and is quite large and would take very long to download with 56k dial-up service.
When will I
receive my software?
Once your credit card payment has been successfully processed by our online payment processor, you will be re-directed to a download page containing instructions to download and setup the software.
What are the
system requirements?
Works with the following versions of
